Our Ukrainian roots have shaped us.
For almost a decade, we have worked with women building businesses through very different realities — economic change, uncertainty, displacement and war. We learned to adapt, rebuild, make decisions quickly and continue creating when circumstances change.
But Ukraine is one perspective, not the whole story.
A founder in New York, Kyiv, Stockholm, Lisbon or Warsaw sees different opportunities, works within different systems and solves problems in different ways. That difference is valuable.
ZAGRAVA is becoming international because we want access to those different ways of thinking — and we want women inside the movement to have access to them too.
No country has all the answers. No market has all the best practices. The wider the room becomes, the more each of us can see.
