These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of zagravawomen.com and the content and services made available through the website.

ZAGRAVA Women Movement (“ZAGRAVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is currently operated by Galyna Shostak, an individual entrepreneur registered under the laws of Ukraine (“Individual Entrepreneur Galyna Shostak”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ZAGRAVA

ZAGRAVA Women Movement is an international movement and community for women founders.

The website provides information about ZAGRAVA, its approach, community, programs, partnerships, activities and opportunities to participate.

The website may also provide links to community platforms, social networks and other third-party services.

2. Community Membership

The ZAGRAVA community is currently hosted on Skool.

Joining or using the community may therefore also be subject to Skool’s own terms, policies and platform rules.

ZAGRAVA may establish reasonable community standards and participation guidelines to support a respectful, constructive and valuable environment for members.

Current free membership does not create an entitlement to permanent free access. ZAGRAVA may introduce, change or discontinue membership models, programs, features or services in the future.

3. Educational and Business Information

Content provided by ZAGRAVA through the website, community, events, programs, videos, discussions or other channels is intended for educational, informational and community purposes.

Founders and businesses operate in different circumstances, markets and legal environments. Information shared through ZAGRAVA should therefore be considered in the context of your own situation.

Unless otherwise stated, the content, original materials, concepts, frameworks, branding, text, graphics and other materials created by ZAGRAVA are owned by or licensed to ZAGRAVA or its operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes ZAGRAVA branding and proprietary materials associated with concepts and frameworks including Glow Frequency™ and the Five Glow Dimensions™, where applicable.

You may access and use website content for personal and informational purposes.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, republished, commercially exploited or presented as your own without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

6. Member and Contributor Content
